For the attention of Year 11 students
Please note that all Year 11 students are to call personally at school between Friday 27th August and Friday 3rd September 2021 (from 8 am – 12 noon) to collect and check Samples of School Leaving Certificate. Students, parents/guardians are to present their ID card upon collection.
Sample certificates are to be checked properly. Kindly inform the School’s Administration in case of any mistakes and adjustments required. In such cases, students/ parents /guardians are to bring over the sample certificate with the required changes. Deadline to submit these is noon of Friday 3rd September 2021.
Please note that any student who does not collect and check the Sample certificate by noon of Friday 3rd September will not be able to ask for any changes to be made. After this date, data will be sent to the Directorate for Educational Services for printing of the Final SCCP certificates.
