“Mens sana in corpore sano” – A healthy mind in a healthy body

We believe that school is about the whole person and we want to help our students make the right choices for a healthy lifestyle. This concerns what we eat and drink and how active we are.

We will ensure that foodstuffs available at the school tuck shop is healthy and we also encourage parents and guardians who prepare packed lunches to promote healthy food and drinks.

Please do not supply:

  • Sugary and diet drinks
  • Chewing Gum
  • Snacks with high salt content
  • Sugary or fatty snacks

We encourage you to provide:

  • Wholemeal bread with healthy filling
  • Salad in appropriate container
  • Water
  • Fruit

The above is to be accompanied with a moderate amount of daily exercise. We will ensure that sports activities are offered daily at school – please help us by encouraging your son or daughter to join in.
